Plant & Industrial Maintenance
After the capital work is completed, IEI has a proven track record of installing and maintaining “nested” professional millwrights, fitters, welders, and other trained professionals to perform maintenance and additional capital work, along with all external maintenance services consisting of paving/striping, painting, coatings, roof and all areas of external and internal maintenance. Currently, IEI has a large presence at Valero, Unilever, Upfield, Helm Fertilizer, International Flavors and Fragrances, Richardson, Biochemical, Tetra, and others.
IEI provides general maintenance services to include the following:
- Fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment and buildings.
- Paint, repair flooring, work on plumbing, basic electrical, completion of any company weekly, monthly and 90-day inspections.
- Onsite landscaping services to include all lawn care.
- Onsite snow removal services (as needed).
Onsite maintenance is proven to be extremely cost effective for businesses.
The onsite general maintenance services allow for business employees to focus on other aspects of their job and not necessarily what needs to be repaired.
