11-12 YEAR OLD DIVISION

The 11- and 12-year old division uses the basic rules of middle school baseball with a few modifications targeted to more of a semi-competitive culture. Nine players are in the field defensively. There are no more than 13 players per team. All players on the roster bat in the lineup. Umpires are utilized and season standings are kept. There are typically three events per week with a 15 to 18 game schedule plus a postseason playoff in which all teams qualify.
